For the 12-18 year olds???
they would just get there parents to pay for it
Mnn and those electric wheelchairs driven by mad people on the pavements and supermarkets, should they pay for insurance and road tax, as some of them are very aggressive drivers/riders... mnnn do you drive or ride those things?
As regards the original question; yes I think they should pay.
And I regularly cycle myself, my thinking is that if we paid tax or something the car drivers who seem to want to drive you off the road may have a little more respect if they know we are paying to be on the road too....
(and yes, I DO drive too!)
I may not always love you But long as there are stars above you You never need to doubt it I'll make you so sure about it
I've always thought it was a wonderfully British thing to have such licenses - makes me think of an army of "dog detector vans" patrolling the streets looking for "illegal" hounds...
We still have to have a dog license and it should be on a tag around it`s neck....my mum`s dog can`t lift it`s head....she has it`s license,it`s name tag....which is a big bone with name, address and phone number, and also a stupid bell thing in the shape of a dog biscuit....
