It would for me Sandra - I love that kind of weather, but needless to say, it doesn't suit everyone!

Well, Maxine, of course I'd prefer sunny and warm, but in the face of adversity it always seems best to me to treat the whole thing as a bit of an adventure.   I remember many many years ago navigating my Dad up a wrong road and the road turned onto a grass track. In the true spirit of adventure, my Dad carried on until it was impossible to drive any further - just to see where it went! So much better than getting cross.

As long as I do not have to put up my tent in the rain.. or take it down when raining, all will be good (I hope )

Isn't it sad though, that there are very few people who would do this - most would just get cross...

My hubby's very much like that - so laid back sometimes, he's almost horizontal - and I like that!!!

My Dad was actually not laid back at all, Maxine. His nicknames were things like "Kamikazee" (no idea how to spell that, sorry!), "Demolition man" (thanks to his DIY skills...), and so on. He had his fingers in many pies and was always on the go, but usually with good humour!
