Well I do know of a butchers that was in Old Traford a couple of years ago where you could get the bacon with the rind on, and chops with the rind on - lovely  
Not sure if they are still there though, had to move three times since then

My life is passing before my eyes.....

Once I get comfortable in front of the PC, I find it difficult to interrupt things to cook. So tend to eat what's in reach of the armchair. Should aim at 3 proper meals a week, but something gives.

due my mums superb ability as a cook i can do a mean roast dinner, so my ultimate meal has to be that, a roast dinner. lamb chops (covered in mint), crispy roast pots, mushy peas and loads of thick gravy. oh, and just a dab of english mustard which has been mixed in with either the mint sauce or gravy.

oh bugger, now i'm hungry...
