Hi Guys,

Do you think the sun will all summer, because I don't.

All I can say is..... I hope so. I just love it when the sun is out and you can sit in the garden

Well its lovely and sunny over here at the moment. Out in the garden tomorrow and Sunday with any luck.

I am in surgery this moring and this afternoon I am photographing a wedding, and hey we have sunshine

all i've got to say is burn me baby burn me!

It rained yesterday, and it's misty and manky this morning, so looks like the sun has gone for the time being

Cept for here....

its glorious over here, so warm/hot and really sunny - 3 days working days left until my holiday and even more sun

no rain here over the weekend

and a sunny day again to-day

And the sun is doing his best today,it seems like the weather over here is going to be better.
I hope so because i wants to sit in my garden also

I had washing out yesterday from before 7am til 7pm and I've had to put it out again this morning cos it wasn't properly dry

It was a great night, but makes more sense if you read "kids" for "lids"...

I think that when we have sunny days like we have now got, and you have kids, then they can enjoy them sleves doing such simple things, that cost no money... Adults are the ones that need to learn.. Lets have more more long hot nights.. I could live like this..

I always feel guilty sitting in the garden, surrounded by neighbours all working outside - can't relax.

In the Netherlands is the weather everyday a little bit better

But the only thing is that it is to hot for a few days and then a few days that you have to put on your coat because it is to cold

They say it'll be a scorcher this weekend which is good news as we're taking my parents to an Air Show on Sunday

Fantastic news. I'm having a huge clearout and car boot sale on Sat at this local festival that I keep metioning in passing.

Even better news for Neil, as he's vice chair for the whole thing.

Yup it is the Altrincham Festival this weekend.... the biggest free event in Trafford

In the Netherlands we want some thunder storm i quess.
It is really so hot overhere that you can"t do anything.
All we can do is take it easy and sit in the shadow in the garden.
The night is very hot too, to sleep is difficult because in the bedroom it is just like you lay down in the oven

I'm with you Maxine, I love watching the lightning. The best lightning storm i ever saw was in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea at about midnight. I was on a ship on the way to the Gulf War in 1991 at the time.

Wow! Sounds absolutely fantastic (not the Gulf War bit obviously!)

I remember when I was in the USA in 1980, being at the top of a hill, and watching a thunderstorm in a valley below - think that's around the time I "fell in love" with thunderstorms....

Never felt they are something to be afraid of - although I wouldn't want to stand in the middle of a field whilst it was lightning!!!!

We have only BBC1 AND BBC2 AND BBC WORLD in the Netherlands

What other channels can you get in the Netherlands
Do you get STER, Avro, NOS, TROS, NCRV, IKON, Vara, KRO, Nederland 1 Televisie, Nederland 2 Televisie, Nederland 3 Televisie, RTL4, RTL5, SBS 6, Veronica and maybe Nickelodeon and National Geographic, because if you do, then thats alot of channels
