Oh. My. God.

What a FABULOUS night!

It's the first time I've seen the boys live since the Crush tour 1986/7. Age hasn't mellowed them much has it??

I started off by chatting old analogue synth gear with the guy in front of me (Chris, if you're reading this, you know who you are!! It was a pleasure to meet you!!)

I've got to tell you, when "Architecture and Morality" boomed out with the big screen graphics, it nearly brought a tear to my eye.

Followed by a tremendous set.

And to finish with "The Romance of the Telescope", well it don't get much better than that!

(I'm getting a shiver down my spine even thinking about it whilst I'm typing )

I haven't danced so much in years!!!

Any one else go to this particular gig?? I'd love to hear what you thought of it all .....

Yes what a brilliant concert. Andy was at his vibrant best.

The drumming was the most memorable part of the night, on all the records the beat isn't as loud or potent. Mal Holmes was fantastic. The beat was hypnotic.

Paul was his quiet self, but his signing was eloquent.

Martin well was just Martin.

The crowd was fantasic, I felt if I was the only one there but at the same time I felt as if I was part of something. Something bigger. Brilliant.

Lovers electric were a great warm up. She was cute and he was funny . Their music was original and very very good. Watch out for them.

Shame OMD split up for so long. I hope what Andy said during the gig is true.

Thanks OMD for the best gig.

I think the tour has been a huge success, more successful than the band expected imho.  Just goes to show that they have lost it, if anything, they have got better with age, just like a good cheese!

Helrose, I saw you at the very front!! Didn't one of your 'bunch of rabbits' give Paul a rose?

I agree with Steph. They have got better with age (and definitely not mellowed!).
