hello everybody, this day was the second time that i babysit on the two children.
The children test me out.The one is go to bed and sleeps, while the other doesn't wants to sleep and make some noise and the other time the other doe the same. With my little sweet angel Enya I don't have sleeping problems. She go to bed, talks, somtimes cries for 5 minutes and go to sleep. We did this when she was very young,so we doesn't had any problems.Their mother said, that I had to sit with them, until they sleep.Or it will take long or not.........
Even though they don't like to eat breadcrusts and vegetables.
With Enya I have non of these problems so little advise of Sandra will be welcome.

Hi djpamm.

Great news that you have made a start! So pleased for you.

As for the sleeping and eating, well it's very early days and so too soon to worry. It takes a while to get kids into a new routine. I will pm you.

Onwards and upwards...

Dear friends.
Today the parents of the children who'd been taking care of,promissed me to call me back today.
We made this deal 3 weeks ago.I asked them 3 times if they will not forgot it and the answere was still no,we will not forget. And they still not call me back. The advise of sandra was,to call the parents. So I did it,but nobody pick up the phone and there was no answering machine, where I can leave my message.
This is the 3rd time That I had to call them back. the first time she lost my phone numbers.a cell and a secret homenumber and the second time I waited 'till 18.30 pm and call them back.
and I think That I did enough to get this job.An even no I didn't had a contract.'The prommised me to get one at the 1rst of Dec.
and I don't know what to do.

In the meantime I write me in as a volunteer at a ............ playgroup.
The superior knows my husband and that was easy for me to get in
She has no problem of my operation and says,if you can do something after 4 weeks, even if it's playing with the children
you can come.I had one month probation.so I made the best of it.

Sorry to hear about the unreliable clients.

Is there some sort of agency you could use to find them? An agency would do a lot to fliter out the timewasters.

Another possibility is a local college with mature students. These places probably have creches, but maybe they could use childminders working from home too. Students with children have to be organised, and keep to timetables.
