Vista is a big disappointment.
Oh Gosh... I have to say that I have Vista Ultima running here as sweet as anything... In fact its the most stable OS since Windows ME. That said, I did start on a pretty clean machine etc...

I've no complaints with it's stability Neil but I have a machine of lesser spec running XP SP3 that, perfomance wise, puts the Vista machine to shame.

I like Vista, but networking is shite, Drivers/3RD Party support are a nightmare, and far too many bugs. SP1 solves a lot though, but still old bugs remain.

I still use it though.

Did anyone use the IE7 Emulation feature?

I am running IE7 no problems.. and no problems with anything (Vista) when I did the swop I did have a couple of bits of software that would not run.. But sorted out all of that, and not had any sort of problems...
