Hi Neil and Co.

I'm not moaning but this site is practically impossible for any 'new person' to navigate.... you sort of have to 'slip/slide' your way into the 'chat area' via about 3 different hoops... I do like it here but I think the complex nature is really putting alot of people off... What's with 'having two groups... aka motion & heart... aka 'the black sea'.... this isn't a moan... merely a clarification.... much respect for all your work but??????? *well confused*

I have to agree I'm afraid. I stumbled upon this site by accident, and although it is the motion and heart forum, motion and heart isn't even mentioned in the address. Neil had explained why there is a Black Sea and a Motion and Heart address, but is confusing.

Nigel ?  Oh yeah, he's up there !

It's also not easy to find The Black Sea by googling - perhaps that's deliberate, I can see the point of that.

Just to bring this back on topic.. and this is a really imporatnt thread...

First I listen and always want to make the site/s better...

My original OMD fan site was set up a couple of years before OMD had an official web site, and I just kept going and going... At this stage a friend was hosting the server where the info was at.. But this server proved to be unreliable, though I still have it and much of my OMD stuff on it...
Anyway, the forums have always proven popular, and over the past decade and more, we have moved and switched to new scripts, to add new features etc..

So, I decided that the best way to get a OMD fan site, with just a decicated forum, was via its own domain name hence http://www.theblacksea.co.uk from here I set up other off shoots like http://www.omdevent.co.uk to just deal with OMD parties and also http://www.omdfan.co.uk now a OMD fan social network site...

So my main site for OMD fans is http://www.motionandheart.co.uk, which leads into these other sections...

Confused.. so am I

Now, how to make it all simple, thats the question... and I will have time soon to look at and consider ideas... so please do fire them away...

Neil, I wasn't going off topic, I was stating that I have never had any problems navigating the Motion And Heart Forum since it has been through The Black Sea.....

...but I added my usual 'brand' of humour to my comment!
