Hey Mariska, sorry I've missed much of your news, but at least it's all been good

I've been thinking of you even though I haven't been around - really pleased that it's going well!

The further update.

Today I went to the neurologist. He explains what the neurosurgeon did.
Then I had to walk on my toes before him.And that didn't go well.I had also had to walk on my heels and that goes well.
Further he tells me that I don't had lift everything above the 20 kilo's up.So no more supermarketwork for me.(only cassiere)
I had to get some exercise from the fysio for my back, leggs, bottom.
The chance that I will get a hernia again, with this op,is the same as the long version of the operation.and if I get that,it's the same or above. So he hopes that he will never see me back.

Thanks for the update.

Tip:  Squats and lunges are great for the legs and bottom.
