I love the show "Dragons Den".... and would love to be half a million behind any one of them!

I admire Duncan and Peter greatly, they are no nonsense tyoes, but friendly at the same time.

Deborah always looks like she would bark at anyone for anything, so whilst I acknowledge she's good at her role, I can't say I'd aspire to be her!

I've picked Peter as my vote, but only cos he looks a little like hubby and is taller than Duncan - lmao!!!

And the same formula for the essential PREFAB SPROUT competition.
Do you remember this band who managed to write pure pop gems?

The first album Swoon remains their most difficult one for me until today.
But Steve McQueen and Jordan the Comeback are alltime favourites of mine.
From Langely Park to Memphis was somewhere inbetween.

My full list of 18 tracks would be as follows.

essential PREFAB SPROUT
Faron Young / When Love breaks down / Bonnie / Appetite / Goodbye Lucille /
Cars and Girls / King of Rock and roll / Hey Manhattan / I remember that /
Looking for Atlantis / Wild Horses / We let the Stars go / Carnival 2000 / One of the Broken /
The Sound of Crying / All the World loves Lovers / Life of Surprises / Cruel

Goodbye Lucille is also knows as Johnny Johnny.
One of the Broken is one of the best songs ever written about God.
But Wild Horses is my absolute favourite one: this is how I fell in love with my wife.

Did the same essential BIG COUNTRY approach.

Because the poll only allows 15 tracks,
I'll tell you which ones I added to expand my self made collection with.

essential BIG COUNTRY
Fields of Fire / Harvest Home / In a big Country / Chance / The Storm / Close Action /
Wonderland / East of Eden / Flame of the West / Where the Rose is sown / Just a Shadow /
Look away / The Teacher / Eiledon / One great Thing / King of Emotion / A broken Heart / Peace in our Time

Their first album The Crossing was a smasher, and I also loved the second one Steeltown.
Didn't mention outstanding tracks like 1000 Stars, Tall Ships go or Rain Dance.
Third album The Seer was a step back and the fourth one Peace in our Time had only a few good singles.

My favourite track would be Harvest Home: makes me wanna bang my head.
